We at MiNest hate saying Goodbye! We love everyone who stays with us and will try our best to make you stay FOREVER!! But, if you have to, have to leave, we will make the process as smooth as your stay with us.

We’ll ensure you don’t face any problems or discomfort in moving out.


Your rent and security deposit will be refunded. Token money amount, however, is non-refundable.

If the lessee pays the token amount but fails to pay the remaining amount within 7 days of booking, then the booking will be nullified and as stated before, the token amount will be forfeited in full.


If a booking is cancelled after move-in, then notice period shortfall charges, as per the policies, will be applicable.

If the lessee decides to move out before 3 months of stay with MiNest, one month's rent as early vacating charges will be charged, assuming 1 month's notice is given.

The lessee has to serve at least 30 days notice period without any exception, if failed to serve, then MiNest will deduct one month's rent from the security deposit.


Token money is the amount paid by you to MiNest to show your commitment to moving into MiNest. MiNest accepts a minimum token amount of Rs. 5000. Token amount is nonrefundable.


To checkout, just send us an email at giving us 1-month notice. This is absolutely mandatory and nonnegotiable, under any circumstances. In case you need to vacate earlier than the scheduled move-out date, please feel free to do so. However, in case the rent is not paid for the remaining days, the balance amount will be adjusted from the security deposit.

A move-out charge of INR 999 will be deducted towards cleaning of the room, linen change etc. on opting to move out. This is a fixed charge which every tenant will bear upon his/her exit.

At MiNest, we have a minimum lock-in period of 3 months. If you decide to leave early, 1 month’s security deposit shall be forfeited.

Extension of stay after your move-out date is totally on the discretion of MiNest.


Before you vacate your room, our representative will quickly check for damages, if any. If you’ve given us a month’s notice, and there have been no damages to the property, you’ll get back your entire security deposit.

The refund process, after taking the damages into account, usually takes around 15 working days because that’s how long the banks usually take to process payments.

However, in case you haven’t given us 1-month notice, or if there are any damages, money may be deducted from your security deposit.


It shall take up to 15 bank working days to process the refund. A deposit refund statement would be sent to the member with a breakdown of deductions, if any.


All refund shall be processed through online transfer.
