Your security is extremely important to Minest. We provide four layer security system, which includes security guard, double layer biometric access control and peripheral cameras.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available to members of MiNest free of cost.

MiNest has three categories of rooms available:
There are no curfew timings at MiNest. MiNest property is biometric controlled so that members can punch in and punch out as many times as they wish to.
The price of the rooms range from INR 9000 per month for triple occupancy rooms to INR 26,000 per month for single occupancy rooms. You can choose your room as per your need and as per your budget. The price includes complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi and room cleaning services and access to all the common area facilities.
Breakfast is a complementary service and is included in the rent. However lunch or dinner service is available at a chargeable basis.
Members at MiNest can pay the monthly rent either online or through cheques.
Yes MiNest has a lock in period of 3 months.
Electricity is not included in the rent. Sub meters are installed for every room so that members at MiNest pay for exactly what they use.
Members can use the washing machines available in the launderette free of cost whenever they want. However laundry service is available on chargeable basis.
MiNest has a no pet policy.
Yes, friends and family members are allowed to visit the members. Members are required to take complete ownership of their guests’ conduct and behaviour during the visiting hours. Guest rooms are available on chargeable basis for the purpose of stay.
